Our retreats are carefully designed to immerse participants in a variety of cultural landscapes and perspectives, creating experiences that feel like stories unfolding in real time. Each day is thoughtfully structured, blending exploration with introspection. In the field shoots take us out into the world, while workshops focus on refining individual photographic formulas and the idiosyncrasies of individual style. We also come together as a community, sharing our work in collaborative editing sessions and traditional critiques, shaping each participant’s vision into a cohesive visual narratives.Through round table discussions, we reflect on our experiences, emotions, and artistic choices, ensuring that each visual composition tells a compelling and thoughtful story.
We believe that photography is also a tool for gaining perspective and understanding oneself. Like dreams, photographs can be interpreted in different ways and often reveal insights about the creator and their outlook. Both photographs and dreams capture fragments of reality, but their significance comes from the unique perspective of the viewer. They reflect not only the external environment but also the individual’s psychological space, where their stylistic choices—from composition to sequencing—become a visual expression of their thoughts and emotions.
