Sand is inspired by the novel Capitães da Areia by Jorge Amado, yet moves beyond survival to explore the magic of childhood. Even in the harshest conditions, purity endures, fragile, luminous, and unbroken. This project celebrates that sacred time, a gift so delicate it resists circumstance. The images reveal the beauty and vulnerability of childhood, where resilience and imagination coexist, and the ordinary becomes extraordinary.
